Blended masala and spices add a rich taste and aroma to a variety of recipes. We categorize our dishes based on the sharp tingle it brings on to our taste buds. Each cuisine or recipe we prepare at home requires a different blend of spices. The spices we use for preparing meat preparations are not the same as we use for other vegetarian cuisines. Each dish requires a separate blend of masala. These blended masalas are available in mixed form as a combination but they are available separately too and can be blended based on the dish you are planning to cook. Commercially available blended masala are generally roasted and then ground together. These premixes need to be just added while cooking the food.
